根据客户及销售人员的需求在SAP系统内制作报价单或合同,并跟踪订单,订货,收款,发货及开票等一系列流程;
根据各类产品的不同需求量,及时订购库存,确保最小库存量;
掌握代理商任务完成情况,每月向公司汇报销售额、订货量及订货明细;
协助公司及代理商进行投标工作,做好前期的备案及授权工作;
销售合同及其他销售文件资料的管理;

职位需求:
大专以上学历,两年及以上工作经验;
优秀的英语交流、说写能力;
熟练使用office软件,熟悉ERP/SAP操作尤佳;
良好的沟通及协调能力;

Job Description:
Prepare quotations, orders or contracts in SAP based on customer or salesmen’s requirements and follow up of the sales order, delivery, invoice issuing and account receivable;
Place stock order on time to ensure the minimum stock level;
Keep record of dealers’ sales performance and monthly delivery report of the dealer’s turnover, order quantity and details;
Assist salesmen and dealers with project bidding, preparation for tender registration and authorization;
Filing of sales contracts and other related document

Job Requirements:
College degree and above, minimum two years working experience;
Good English speaking and writing;
Familiar with MS Office, knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage;
